Custom Furniture Builds — Built to Order
Desk
Purpose: Personalized workstations that blend ergonomics, storage, and surface beauty.
Construction: Solid hardwood frames (walnut, oak, maple, or your choice), hand-joined corners, and hardwood or plywood cores for stability. Surfaces finished with durable, low-VOC polyurethane, oil or tung oil on request.
Features: Custom dimensions, integrated cable management, adjustable keyboard trays, built-in power/USB hubs, hidden storage drawers, filing-capable pedestal options, and choice of leg styles (splayed, metal hairpin, steel T-legs).
Edge and profile options: Live-edge, chamfered, eased, or routed waterfall edges.
Use cases: Home office, executive desk, studio workstation.
Shop Work Bench
Purpose: Heavy-duty workbench for the shop tailored to your workflow and tools.
Construction: Solid tops (hard maple, beech, or reclaimed wood) laminated for maximum stability and thickness; heavy-duty steel or hardwood bases; through-bolted joinery for long-term durability.
Features: Full-length vises, integrated dog holes and bench dogs, replaceable sacrificial top layers, lower and upper shelving, lockable tool drawers, power strips and under-bench dust collection hookups, casters or leveling feet.
Customization: Height to match standing or seated work, reinforced zones for machinery, modular add-ons like pegboard panels, mounted tool racks, and integrated storage cubes for parts bins.
Coffee Table with Epoxy River Flow
Purpose: Functional centerpiece combining natural wood character with glass-like epoxy rivers for a striking focal point.
Construction: Live-edge or bookmatched slabs set in a precision mold, stabilized where needed, and bonded with crystal-clear or tinted epoxy resin. Sanded through progressive grits, then finished with high-build resin or bar-top finish for a glossy, durable surface.
Design options: Central “river” or multiple streams, color choices (clear, blue/teal, black, metallic pigments, glow powders), embedded accents (stones, shells, metal inlays), and variable thickness for depth and translucency.
Edge and base styles: Floating metal frame, tapered wood legs, hairpin legs, or integrated plinth base. Option for underlighting to accentuate translucency.
Practical details: Tempered glass top options for added scratch resistance, felt foot pads to protect floors, and sealed undersides for humidity stability.
Build Process & Timeline
Consultation: Review space, materials, finish preferences, hardware, and functional requirements. Provide design sketches and material samples.
Quote & Deposit: Detailed estimate with lead time. Typical deposit 30–50% to secure materials and scheduling.
Production: Shop lead times vary by project complexity; desks and benches typically 3–8 weeks, epoxy river tables 6–12 weeks (including curing times).
Approval & Delivery: Final walkthrough before finish, shipping or local delivery and installation, and post-delivery care instructions.
Warranty & Care
Warranty: Structural warranty on joinery and bases; finish and epoxy guarantees per project terms.
Care: Recommended cleaning products and maintenance schedule, tips for preventing heat, moisture, and scratch damage, and options for refinishing down the line.
